Favorite Project: Experimenting with my first AI project, to automatically detect key moments during a patient and doctor conversation. Then working with clinicians to identify all the ways those moments happen and seeing that project through.Defined the product roadmap and led the development of two product lines, managing a team of two product managers across two separate development teams. Created the innovative 'Virtual Counseling' product, upselling to over 60% of existing clients, implementing Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning to automate clinical QA, reducing manual effort by 27%, and establishing a two-week agile delivery cycle that enhanced stability and decreased defect rates by 22%.
