  As a Senior Account Executive, I serve as a direct link between the Management and Account Executive team. I provide training, leadership and support surrounding all aspects of the Account Executive role. Training new Account Executives, identifying needs for further development of the team, assisting with escalated client service needs, consulting with Senior Management to develop new process and procedures. I organize each client’s enrollment team, coordinate the enrollment period, gather pre-enrollment and post-enrollment paperwork and supervise each open enrollment process from start to finish.
