Develop engagement strategies for Sugardale Foods events based on industry trends, new product offerings, and the competitive climate. Manage the Sugardale regional and national sampling campaigns, customizing each campaign based on market data (Nielsen) and branded objectives. Work very closely with Retail Sales Department and retail customers to achieve brand objectives. Track and report campaign results.Create and manage content for the Sugardale Family E-Newsletter, marketing campaigns, and microsites. Also responsible for retail coupon management and coordination of free standing inserts (FSIs). Manage the Marketing Internship Program. Responsible for hiring, training, managing, and mentoring 4-6 interns per year. Continue to activate sports sponsorships with greater autonomy and manage social media campaigns and retail promotions. Report directly to the Director of Marketing.

Plan and coordinate both retail and foodservice events that are aligned with the annual Marketing Communications Plan for Sugardale Foods. Responsible for activation of sports sponsorships, including but not limited to Ohio State University Athletics, Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Indians, Pittsburgh Pirates, Canton Charge, Columbus Crew and Columbus Clippers. Create and manage content for Sugardale Foods' social media accounts. Responsible for tracking and analyzing social media campaigns, monthly web traffic, and retail promotions. Retail promotions include, but are not limited to "Sugardale's Seat at the 'Shoe Sweepstakes" with The Ohio State University, which included promotional elements at the retail-grocery level and Ohio Stadium. Currently serving as the Marketing Subcommittee Lead for Women's Foodservice Forum's Regional Connects Committee. Also serve as Sugardale Foods' company ambassador in the Women's Foodservice Forum.
