Hilary Carty has most recently worked as a qualified a consultant (NTL UK), coach (CIPD), facilitator and speaker, specialising in leadership, strategic management and organisational development. With a distinguished career over 25 years as a cultural leader, she has spearheaded a range of successful initiatives with some of the UK’s most prominent arts and cultural organisations. Her work is now recognised and in demand internationally, with recent engagements including Australia, Germany, Greece and Portugal and Austria where she is a Visiting Professor at Kufstein University of Applied Sciences.At the heart of her consultancy Co-Creatives (www.co-creatives.co.uk) was the desire to evolve meaningful insights for people and organisations, using her considerable transferable skills to successfully impact both public and private sector organisations.
