Assisted and supported a broad range of human resource activities. Played a key role in coordination and recruitment of production employees. Followed up with Supervision on any gaps in information reported and finalized incident reports. Created and submitted WSIB online Form 7 for numerous incidents within specified timelines. Assisted in development of modified return to work programs. Witnessed and participated in various union and employee relation matters including formal investigations. Researched and provided recommendation for Policy Grievance related to requirement of Hepatitis B vaccination.First point of contact with employees, responded to questions and concerns,Provided administrative support to 12 Manager and Supervisors. Updated and maintained emergency contact information on Dayforce and updated physical employment files.
