Philly Necrofutures is a partnership between Dr. Synatra Smith, CLIR/DLF Postdoctoral Fellow in Data Curation for African American Studies at Temple University, and myself to address the lacuna in public and scholarly knowledge around the western and central African artworks held at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
