I led the trade-in vertical, collaborating with brands such as Gucci, On Running, Lululemon, REI, Canada Goose, and Patagonia. Spearheaded the effort to productize the customer-facing experience, reducing development time by 50%. Designed strategic enhancements for the store associate application, enabling REI to expand in store trade in to nearly every store in the U.S. Designed Trove’s first luxury trade-in experience, establishing standards for subsequent launches. In addition to the customer facing experience, I worked extensively on the store associate experience. My improvements to the application allowed REI to expand their in-store trade-in from 14 stores, to nearly every store in the United States.

Launched key enhancements to the Marketing Center application, enabling agents to create and share long form documents, trifolds, and brochures in a digital first format.

Worked on various e-commerce teams including: AmazonSmile, Customer Reviews, Customer Profile, and Amazon Pantry. Drove the initiative to integrate Customer Reviews worldwide, greatly improving the experience for customers in newly launched and non-english speaking markets. Planned and facilitated workshops establishing yearly roadmaps and regularly presented to leadership, including SVPs. Established a monthly women’s gathering which focused on community and professional development.

Working as the sole designer, I designed and launched a suite of front-end and back-end software products for multimillion dollar factories, the designs of which are still in use today.
