As the owner and leader of the company's most lucrative and significant product, I had the privilege of designing the casino product from its inception. This journey encompassed crafting a comprehensive vision for a flexible, innovative, and unique product for both PC and mobile platforms, and seeing it through to full implementation. The process involved extensive competitive analysis, research, UX analysis, planning, and design.Key responsibilities and achievements included:1. Authoring comprehensive business and technical PRD/BRD documents, user stories, and requirements specifications.2. Creating detailed wireframes and prototypes from scratch, and conducting an in-person focus group to validate designs.3. Analyzing user behavior data and funnel metrics to enhance conversion rates and user experience across both existing and new casino products.4. Collaborating with multiple Dev, QA, and design teams while managing the product backlog and prioritization.5. Conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of various in-house information systems and web applications.6. Spearheading and designing a cross-platform, cross-brand UX alignment initiative for the company's core components, including login interfaces, menus, error messages, loading screens, and application headers.This role demanded a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive the product from concept to market-leading success. As the sole proprietor overseeing multiple brand websites for regulated markets, I managed a portfolio of 10 diverse responsive websites across four key markets: the United States, Denmark, Italy, and Spain. Some of these websites were conceptualized and developed from the ground up, requiring close collaboration with various Dev, QA, and UI design teams throughout the organization. My role encompassed the design and implementation of innovative website templates and concepts for these markets. This approach facilitated a unified brand offering and enhanced integration with the company's suite of game products, applications, and onboarding systems. The position demanded meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly investigate conversion challenges. Simultaneously, it required adept management of large-scale projects with constrained resources and stringent deadlines. Key responsibilities included: 1.
