I am driven to succeed at the job I have acquired. I believe that being the boss is only as good as it can be if you work together with your staff. I believe every guest is a unique individual and should be treated with respect, kindness and caring. We don't know their story prior to arriving at our resort. My wish is to have a positive impact on those I meet, whether at work or socializing. I am grateful to have the ability to get up each day, go to work and experience any challenges that are offered my way. I believe that this life is a journey and a new adventure every day and it is our choice to make the best of it and move forward. I enjoy meeting new people and offering the best experience advice on touring our island, it is impressive.
