My role as founder has been to ensure that the company is established by sourcing the relevant funds and building the best team possible for it to thrive.My role as CEO has been to develop a business strategy, to optimise our operations, to manage and lead a team of professionals with diverse expertise. To generate revenue and meet annual targets. To ensure continuous improvement on our technology and maintaining competitive advantage in our space.My unwavering dedication to innovation and excellence has fueled exponential growth year after year, paving the way for even greater success on the horizon.

As an academic board member, I provide guidance and input to ensure regulatory compliance and meeting registration requirements for tertiary institutions. Additionally, I contribute to performance improvement efforts on a bimonthly basis.

I founded this NPO with 2 brilliant gentlemen in 2022. As concerned South Africans, we thought of how we could contribute towards reducing the high unemployment rate in the country. We then decided to work together and build this NPO to help young people develop new skills that they can use to make a living.My responsibility was Business Development, Management and Strategy.

PEETS’ primary mandate is to contribute towards improving the competitiveness of industry and SMEs through the application of specialised knowledge, technology and facilitating the interaction between industry(especially SMEs) and academia to enable innovation and technology transfer to grow the green economy.In my role as a project manager I would conduct audits for either green technology or projects based on client requirements. Following this, I would develop project charters, oversee execution, utilize agile management until completion, and facilitate technology handover, including user training and maintenance team support.

My inaugural position in the engineering field commenced with HVAC maintenance, an invaluable learning ground within the sophisticated infrastructure of an advanced airport facility. The intricacies of the state-of-the-art air conditioning systems provided me with unparalleled exposure to complex engineering mechanisms.Transitioning into the realm of people movers in my second year further heightened the stakes, as the imperative for optimal functionality of lifts, escalators, and related systems underscored the criticality of time management within an airport environment. This phase not only exposed me to the intricacies of control systems but also instilled in me a keen appreciation for the significance of optimization strategies.A pivotal moment in my career arrived when entrusted with the management of a design project from inception to completion. This endeavor culminated in my maiden presentation on capital expenditure to senior management for approval—a milestone occasion marked by the articulation of my vision and the persuasion of key stakeholders to endorse what I firmly believed to be the optimal solution.Overseeing the installation of this innovative technology marked a crowning achievement, emblematic of my evolution from a novice to a proficient engineer.
