Oversee design and deployment of digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing efforts to nurture leads and increase engagement.- Process Optimisation: Developed and standardised operational processes and templates, improving marketing team’s efficiency and consistency.- Change Leadership: Initiated the global Digital Marketing Circle to share best practices in a decentralised organisation.
