MiCE :• Compiling the construction project schedule based on a Level 4 schedule, considering material arrivals, productivity, and actual construction conditions.• Developing detailed manpower loading for a 3 months look ahead, considering construction conditions and project schedules for each type of worker (Civil Worker, Architectural Worker, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument Worker, and vendors).• Conducting schedule forecasts by preparing mitigation strategies for potential delays to recover progress.• Monitoring engineering, procurement, and construction activities to ensure alignment with the project schedule and minimize the risk of delays.• Preparing daily reports presenting manpower, daily activity, and progress summaries (Civil, Steel, & Architectural, and Mechanical, Electrical, & Instrument).• Creating a daily zigzag schedule according to actual field progress against the construction project schedule.• Compiling a weekly dashboard report featuring weekly manpower, weekly activity, summary weekly progress, manpower productivity, manpower and activity for a 3-week look ahead, SHES’s weekly report, QA/QC’s weekly report (including Summary ITR, Punchlist, and Surveillance).• Conducting weekly meetings with the owner and main contractor regarding progress and project schedule.

ITS Tekno Sains:• Calculated a preliminary and dimensional design along with concrete reinforcement by considering building load of concrete frame structure that refers to SNI 1726 : 2016, SNI 1727 : 2013, and SNI 2847 : 2013.• Analyzed the behavior of concrete frame structures that have been modeled on programs of finite element methods, such as ETABS and SAP2000.• Developed product models in the form of 2D engineering drawings with AutoCAD program.• Arranged the results of planning report of concrete frame system building design. • Monitored the progress of design planning in weekly meetings with expert staffs from various related divisions.
