Spacemaker was acquired by Autodesk November 2020. After the integration I changed position, responsible for the Autodesk employees in the Nordic countries at first, then all in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) within the division Architecture, Engineering and Construction.

Spacemaker was a Norwegian start-up founded in 2016. Goal was to help build sustainable and better cities to live in, by developing state-of-the-art AI software for real estate developers and architects. Spacemaker was acquired by Autodesk November 2020.Spacemaker has won several prices, including Best B2B start-up 2019 by Dagens Næringsliv and was referred to as Norway's hottest place to work.As the only one in the HR field, my job covered all aspects of the company's people dimension; driving the ambitious recruiting efforts and initiatives related to developing and retaining our high-performing employees, for instance by focusing on personal, professional and cultural development. In addition I was responsible for establishing valuable HR processes.
