My career started in research with a PhD in plasma-astrophysics. Upon completion I started working with Space Applications Services. Currently working for ~ 25 years in the space and science sector. Initially I worked on operational aspects of spacecrafts / space stations. I coordinated operations both for spacecraft (ATV) and International Space Station science experiments and have experience in coordinating console operations. Research and innovation is at the core of what I (want to) contribute to.From 2005 to 2017, I supported more than a decade the ESA ISS Mission Science Office. In that function I was part of the science coordination for all disciplines' experiments run on the space station for all participating space agencies.Now I am using my expertise to provide fast and direct access to space for research and technology users through the ICE Cubes (International Commercial Experiments Service) program.We participate to research projects (Horizon Pathfinder, ESA, VLAIO) to bring 3D bio-printing, biotech and life-on-chip to space.
