Agile development, focus on Front End with Angular framework, Jasmine and Cypress for testing. Back End with Asp.Net Core and SqlServer.Incorporating agile methodologies like SCRUM and KANBAN in our daily workflow, we participated in follow-up meetings and weekly Sprints, guided by a Macro management approach with OKRs. This ensured efficiency and collaboration among our 12+ multidisciplinary team members.My focus was on creating UX/UI designs adhering to visual guidelines and client requirements. I developed new system functionalities using Angular versions 7 and 12, allowing teachers to track and evaluate exam questions, manage productivity, and handle payments.A major challenge was optimizing system performance and response speed. Through techniques like call optimization, screen and filter enhancements, and SQL improvements, we achieved up to an 80% reduction in critical cases' waiting times.To ensure system quality, we implemented functional tests in Jasmine for each screen and developed integration tests using Cypress, enhancing system stability and minimizing errors.Working collaboratively in this dynamic environment taught me the importance of agile practices and front-end testing, contributing to Medgrupo's success. I gained valuable expertise in Agility, Javascript, and Angular.
