My leadership has been instrumental in the digital transformation of HID's substantial access control hardware portfolio to cloud-connected solutions, embodying the shift towards digitalization. As a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with two decades of experience, my expertise spans cybersecurity, physical access control, biometrics and cloud services. I have successfully driven large-scale international initiatives in these domains, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing scaled agile product development practices. I am motivated by empowering others to innovate and grow, I thrive on converting traditional practices into modern, agile ways of working.
