Aggregate strategy with segment operations, including executive management processes, internal communications, & real estate. Managed rotational development and intern programs. Expanded program to include five locations from two. Recruited two program cohorts, from 7-18 associates, through combination of phone, on-campus and on-site interviews. Candidate acceptance rates of 80-90%. 100% internal placement of program graduates.

• Provided Generalist duties for 350 employees across four states. Facilitated market transition from local HR business partners to self-service model after acquisition. • Guided and counseled managers and employees. • Recommended course of action in line with company policy, corporate values, and state/federal laws.

Organized 30+ campus events, including "Get On Board Day" with 250 organizations and 10,000 students and "Crimson Hauntings" with 1100 attendees.

Developed training program for new database implementation while serving as representative in international virtual team. Training materials were recommended for use in Oxford, England plant.
