I have always been intrigued with the way things work, never shying from inquiry and the pursuit of knowledge. It was such intrigue that embedded my interest in the sciences and was a key motivator for the broad scope of study I pursued at the University of Denver. In earning an ACS approved Bachelor of Science in Chemistry along with four minors I developed professional and technical skills to accompany a robust knowledge foundation. I appreciate the importance of collaboration, community and progress. With a stalwart work ethic and proficiencies in leadership, communication and critical thinking, I am dedicated to pursuing the highest quality of work, which has led me to pursue a PhD. in chemical engineering at the University of Michigan in a co-advisement under Dr. Johannes Schwank and Dr. Andrej Lenert
