Since 2013, the firm has grown from 6 to 30+ employees and rapidly grown its venture capital/private equity business unit and has become a key service provider to funds focused on crypto-currencies. My responsibility was to develop the operational and technology infrastructure to support and drive growth. This included establishing and building functional teams, refining and expanding the service offering, defining policies and controls, improving technology solutions and capabilities, enhancing the client on-boarding and ongoing experience, developing training programs, and establishing KPI and business intelligence programs to measure success. AlphaMetrix was a financial technology and investment management firm that created a managed account platform that provided investors with enhanced liquidity and real-time transparency reporting (exposure, risk and performance) across liquid alternative investments. AlphaMetrix acquired Spectrum Global Fund Administration in 2009.I was responsible for technical sales to prospective platform managers and investors along with leading the fund formation process, managing the trading manager negotiations & communications, overseeing trade operations across multiple brokers & FCMs and regulatory compliance. I also led a cross-functional client service team including sales, due diligence, legal, compliance, accounting, technology, capital intro and marketing to ensure a smooth & successful launch of each new investment product on the platform.

Spectrum provided middle and back office services to alternative investment funds using their proprietary software (VBO).I joined the firm in the early stages of exponential growth and quickly promoted to senior management covering several key business functions. I led the New Client Engagement team responsible for approving service agreements, establishing services for new fund launches and existing fund takeovers, as well as providing technical sales support for complex prospects. Managed the Investor Relations team responsible for over 250 funds and 7,500+ investors and led all investor due diligence inquiries, as well as the overall client and investor experience.
