 Collaborated with senior industry professionals to launch over 35 seminars resulting in increased revenue and leads for the Association. Project managed logistics of seminars including venue selection, liaising with vendors, contract negotiations, AV requirements, catering, billing, registration and promotions within designated time-lines. Surveyed participants, assessed seminars and metrics and consolidated information to improve client experience; develop strategic plans and processes to achieve various goals and determine opportunities. Researched and audited instructional materials for content validation, seminar/webinar creation, and drafting of promotional copy on various topics for the learning and events team.

 Collaborated with Data Specialist and Regulatory Affairs Department to implement internal audit on Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation; ensuring compliance with the new Canadian legislation. Managed and optimized Do Not Contact service by working with service provider and Regulatory Affairs Department to streamline processes & promotion and simplify public enrolment. Deployed email communications, cross-departmentally, by coding, segmenting, editing and testing using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 & ThinData; ensuring company guidelines were met and adherence to marketing calendar.

 Supported Board of Directors by working with board members to coordinate meetings, materials, correspondence and follow-up; resulted in a highly-organized and time efficient process. Pro-actively supported HR for 30 employees by assisting with recruitment & selection, managing vacation requests & allotment and planning regular events & off-site training; enabled fluid internal operations and effective communication with employees. Served as front line bilingual representative for members and the public by responding to in-person, telephone and email inquiries; established a positive reputation for excellent customer service.

 Oversaw the ‘Data Integrity Project’ by collaborating with the membership department to consolidate a variety of organizational data relating to current, prospective, and cancelled members into a single, well-organized database.
