Conducted workplace investigations into alleged wage and hour violations and harassment/discrimination. Assisted in CBA bargaining. Researched issues under the NLRA and MMBA.

Represented employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour issues, in both single-plaintiff and class action matters. Advised and counseled employers on correcting wage and hour violations, investigating harassment complaints, and C-suite level terminations. Prepared pretrial pleadings. Assisted in trial and arbitration preparation, including preparing motions in limine, witness testimony outlines, and closing argument outlines. Represented clients at hearings in California Superior Courts and in administrative proceedings before the DLSE. Lead investigations into allegations of wage and hour violations, including interviewing witnesses, collecting key documents, and reviewing and analyzing payroll data. Successfully negotiated the settlement of multiple single-plaintiff wage and hour matters with minimal partner supervision. Managed the review and production of hundreds of thousands of documents by more than 10 attorneys on a tight timeline to ensure the swift settlement of a nation-wide putative race discrimination class action.
