Hillary Baker received her BA in Radio, Television and Film from Temple University’s School of Communications in 1984 and has spent her career contributing to the success of leading radio stations in the Philadelphia market.Starting with a high school senior project working at WIFI 92 in the public affairs department, Baker knew radio was her passion. While attending Temple, she secured a position as Research Director and then Continuity Director at WSNI which afforded her the opportunity to learn many aspects of the radio business. Baker’s first full-time job was with WFLN, the region’s only classical station. She started as a copywriter and was soon promoted to Traffic Manager.
