With over 15 years of experience in the education sector, I am a passionate and dedicated Director of Operations at EverGreen Academy, a private school that offers personalized and innovative learning for students from pre-K to 8th grade. My core competencies include budgeting, compliance, human resources, enrollment, and quality assurance. I strive to uphold the highest standards of excellence and integrity in my work, and to foster a collaborative and supportive culture among the staff, students, and families. Additionally, I create and manage yearly budget and future financial projections, and conduct tours for prospective families and manage enrollment for all families. I am also the point of contact and organize the external audits required by DPI in enrollment and fiscal management practices.
