Customer Success Team

•New England Territory covering Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut•Facilitate the education and training of staff, technicians, photographers, and clinicians on HEI devices•Trouble shoot and assist in software, application, and user related incidents for both customers and field-based employees•Field installation, minor repair work, and relocation of HEI products including Spectralis HRA, OCT and OCT2 systems; as well as HEP, HRT, HRT2, and HRT3 systems•Point of contact for customers, offering continued support for all questions and follow-up visits to ensure adequate understanding education and utilization of equipment.•Present Clinical Education (Academy) content remotely and in person with hands-on sections and dynamic interaction•Support national tradeshows as a representative of HEI to promote continued education and HEI products•Assist in workshops and user meetings hosted by HEI and 3rd party groups such as JCHAPO and OPS•Created education content designed for customers and employees to support independent use and better understanding of system functionality and utilization•Created educational content to support employees with order of operations for specific jobs such as installations and cataloged error messages for troubleshooting systems
