I completed my graduate internship at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography with Fisheries and Oceans Canada. I assisted with ongoing efforts to plan and implement a network of marine protected areas in the Maritimes Region, participated in environmental incident response planning sessions, and conducted risk assessments to inform conservation planning decisions.

Awarded an NSERC Undergraduate Student Research Award (USRA) to investigate vertical carbon fluxes in the Beaufort Sea.
