• Manages the Access information email listed on the Harris Theater Website. Serves as the main liaison for patron accessibility questions and arranging accommodations beyond the scope of ticketing, such as resourcing and contracting service providers for HT Presents, Resident Companies, or outside rental company when need presented. • Maintains shared accessibility resources in Accessibility & Accommodations Folder for use by all Harris departmental staff • Provides resources and education to rental companies seeking to increase their accessibility efforts and/or that have been required to provide tools for access for their performances/events Oversees day-to-day Facility Security staff management (non-performance), scheduling, and facility operations training and protocol updates. • Oversees the Harris Theater training schedule for fire life safety, accessibility and inclusion, first aid and AED, and all other group training efforts implemented by Harris Theater executive management. Coordinates (Fall and Spring) training sessions for all full-time and part-time Harris Theater staff, building tenants, and resident companies. • Assists the Director of Operations in leading Emergency Preparedness and Evacuation Protocol Training Sessions with part-time staff, resident companies and tenants. • Schedules and participate in all front of house/production meetings with rental companies and Harris Theater Presents companies along with any subsequent walk throughs.

In addition to my previous duties as the Operations Coordinator, this role entails more detailed attention to Facility management, with direct focus on working with the maintenance lead staff to execute facility set up needs, expectations, and scheduling.

I worked directly with the Operations & Production staff of The Harris and rental companies to plan and execute front of house details, events, and set up needs. In this role, I coordinated all front of house and production meetings with renters while overseeing all facility security staff hiring, scheduling, and training. The expectation of this position were to manage the details of our weekly Operations Schedule and to also support Harris Theater endeavors cross-departmentally with on sight event attendance as necessary. I also executed our first all-staff accessibility and inclusion training night, focusing on best customer service practices for patrons with disabilities.

I managed a staff of roughly 30 part-time audience service and security staff during events in the theater and assisted with day-to-day operations of the building. Oversaw all front of house needs and execution during events while supervising staff, scheduling staff, working directly with company representatives, and collaborating with other departments to manage customer service standards and issues.

This position focused on scheduling and checking in of all patients for routine and emergent visits, organization of patient medical information and knowledge of insurance practices, fielding a large volume of calls, strong ability in judgment with time sensitive issues, keeping track of the doctors' calendars and on-call schedules, and anticipating the needs of patients as well as the physicians.
