Marketing Coordinator for the Southeast region of a 900 attorney law firm•Manage and execute firm sponsorships, client events, CLE programs and conferences for 10 offices in the Southeast; coordinate all logistics, invitations, follow-up communication and marketing collateral•Draft, edit and distribute press releases as well as develop media lists, track contacts and conduct follow-up calls•Conduct competitive intelligence and market research in preparation for pitches, proposals and other business development initiatives•Work with shareholders and marketing managers to draft, edit and produce marketing materials, including RFP and SOQ responses, web content, pitch decks, event materials and attorney bios•Develop and maintain mailing lists, contact lists and client profiles through the firm’s CRM database, InterAction•Secure speaking and authorship opportunities with professional and trade organizations for attorneys and prepare and submit various legal and industry award submissions•Collaborate with in-house Graphics team to prepare appropriate advertisements, HTML invitations and other collateral

• Manage the on campus recruiting process • Manage all recruiting efforts for the Marketing, Data and Analytics and Client Development teams across US offices including creating job posting, conducting initial phone screens and additional first round interviews• Act as primary contact within Capital IQ for all entry-level and lateral candidates• Coordinate all aspects of the on boarding and off boarding process including offer letters, desk and IT set up, new hire orientation and exit interviews• Track open positions and potential candidates across all disciplines globally through various spreadsheets• Act as internal consultant with regards to all HRIS systems• Act as liaison between parent company and Capital IQ

•Plan, manage and execute Summer Associate Firm training, seminars, and events; maintain relationships with a variety of in-house and outside vendors for various recruiting and Summer program events and activities•Strategically plan and coordinate all aspects of the on campus interview process including book interview rooms and hospitality suites, create resume packets to distribute to all interviewers and act as a representative of the firm to all prospective students•Create, distribute and maintain Firm accolades and marketing materials for summer program and on campus interviews•Solicit evaluations and analyze status reports weekly during summer associate program and report findings to senior management
