Oversee a highly skilled team of Photographers and Digital Techs in producing Ready to Wear and Still Life e-commerce imagery for Saks.com within the New York based studio. Work with partner teams to hit aggressive targets for annual item counts while continuously brainstorming, testing and implementing improvements for a luxury end customer experience. Additional responsibilities include oversight of European shoot teams, with international travel to foster relationships (with such luxury vendors as Saint Laurent, Balmain, Sacai, Isabel Marant and Jacquemus), as well as special project leadership to help expand Saks Global's presence in the space of luxury e-commerce imagery production.

Involved in multiple workplace projects to enhance customer's experience including lighting and video testing that resulted in major revamp of Saks.com photography standards in 2014 and 2015. Part of a select team assigned to bring Lord & Taylor Fashion photography in-house, setting standards for LordandTaylor.com. Team member involved in maintaining Photography standards manual used banner-wide to ensure Fashion photography remains consistent within the various studios.

Fashion and Still-Life styling and photography for Barneys website. Editorial work for emails and blog posts. Managed product flow through the NYC studio and worked closely with Merchandise Coordinators and Buyers to ensure excellent photography in a fast-paced environment. Also, retouched images in addition to shooting for first two years at BNY, silhouetting images for E-Commerce use. Styled Still-Life items throughout the duration of my time there.
