As a multi-published award-winning visionary, I've mastered the Design Thinking Process, a method employed by megabrands like Starbucks, Amazon, and Apple.In 2023, I founded Smith & Stone Creative Leadership and Consulting, empowering organizations through innovative strategic design processes. Recognized as a 'creative force,' I effortlessly embody the audience, crafting custom experiential journeys. As an inspiring speaker and coach, I deliver creative engagements and workshops on Journey Mapping, Persona, and Empathy Mapping.During my own entrepreneurial journey, I was a co-founder of Koncept Events in 2008, a leading DMC and event marketing agency, where I designed events for Fortune 500 & 100 companies all over the world. Koncept Events was named one of the INC. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America in 2018 and 2019. PRA acquired Koncept Events in 2019, I was brought on to establish and lead the first centralized function, Strategy and Creative. In addition to growing this high-performing creative team, I led the creation and launch of the companywide Design Thinking Process and Scalable Creative Process. As my legacy, all of these contributions continue to provide differentiating value to the organization.
