Riverstone Communities is a manufactured housing property management company that owns and operates 80+ properties, spanning 15 states, employing 200 team members.As the Chief Human Resources Officer - I lead a department of 3 additional team members - managing the complete function from daily administration to strategic leadership. I have helped to build a Human Resource presence that was not functional upon my hire. Key achievements have been developing a Hiring Process around WHO Methodology, including the integration of an Applicant Tracking System, Newton/Paycor Recruiting and soon to be JobVite, resulting in a reduction in turnover consistently from year to year; developing a training "brand" for the organization and a complete training platform, including Training "Passports" and Curriculum, as well as the implementation of a Learning Management (LMS) tool, through our partners, Real Page. We have also established a Training Manager program allowing for current team members to have the ability for career growth and development, while supporting our training mission. We are also continuously evolving our performance management process/mindset to where the complete review process has been revamped and is 100% electronic, with integrated 360 reviews and and an integrated LMS tool to assist with further development.We also manage the complete compensation and benefits platform at Riverstone Communities which involves aggressively managing costs from year to year to ensure benefits are affordable to all team members, but also provide maximum benefits to themselves and their families. We have also partnered with our benefit broker to provide a call center and additional resources to provide our team members with the best possible benefit customer service available.

Wireless Vision is the largest exclusive dealer to T-Mobile. They span 13 different states, manage close to 200 locations with over 1,000 employees.As the Human Resource Manager I helped to build the Human Resource department for the company. When I started with the organization, they were a 200 employee organization. Within my four year tenure, the organization increased in size by over 5 times. As the Manager of the department I helped to build a "people" focused culture that was centered around employee coaching and development, including an effective performance management mindset as well as helped to provide a focus to training. I also helped to make Wireless Vision an "employer of choice" in the industry, where hiring the right team and setting them up for success was a focus. I also helped to mitigate risk to the organization as well by demonstrating consistency, fairness and the mission of "doing the right thing", while meeting the business needs of the organization.

New Dimension Human Capital Solutions was a workforce management organization where we fulfilled both contract and direct staffing needs to several clients primarily within the automotive industry. We provided human resource outsourcing services as well (benefit administration, payroll services etc.)I began my career here as the Human Resource Generalist helping to establish a true Human Resource function within the 200 person organization. I then quickly moved into the Human Resource Manager role overseeing the complete function. This included managing benefit administration, associate relations, assisting with recruiting and staffing as well as legal compliance.
