I lead the gene editing team at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's CFFT lab. Myself and my team focus on two areas of CF research: 1) building and sharing cell models and molecular tools specifically for CF 2) translationally focused in-vitro research on CF genetic therapies.

Investigated the molecular mechanisms of ovarian cancer and helped develop novel screening platforms for identifying therapeutics (biochemistry, bioinformatics)
