Project NYC-MTL-PARIS is an educational arts initiative designed to facilitate international exchange and development in the field of musical theatre. The idea is to nurture, adapt and present promising new works using the unique bilingual environment of Montreal as a bridge between North America and Europe. Works that originate in New York, Paris or Montreal are developed for presentation in two languages (currently French and English), thus extending the possibilities for reaching new and more varied audiences in those cities and other places around the world.Project NYC-MTL-PARIS credits to date include: ''Ma Femme, Ma Blonde et Ma Roulotte'' the French-Language Adaptation of The Great American Trailer Park Musical (An Official Selection of the 2011 New York Musical Theatre Festival) and LE PRINCE ET LE PAUVRE {Winner Marius Award (Paris) Best Musical 2008} (An Official Selection of the 2012 Midtown International Theatre Festival)

Hillary Cutter is no stranger to the theater world. From 2001-2010 she developed and produced a dozen plays and musicals in NYC and at some of the nation’s most well-respected regional theaters(Geva Theatre Center, MetroStage and Village Theatre ). Her work featured some of today’s favorite Hollywood stars including Paul Rudd, Billy Crudup, Sterling K. Brown, Rosemarie Dewitt and Lea Michelle, as well as Tony-Award and Nominated Broadway phenoms including Kelli O’Hara, Montego Glover, Lena Hall and Melissa Errico. During her tenure with Women’s Express Theatre between 2001-2003, she produced the play ST. SCARLET which was directed by Chris Messina and starred Rosemarie Dewitt and Michael Chernus. From 2003 - 2005 she went on to work with the Obie-award winning company The Civilians on the NYC World Premiere of GONE MISSING and a developmental production of (I AM) NOBODY’S LUNCH. She had an opportunity to work with Maria Dizzia, Michael Esper and Baron Vaughn. From 2005 - 2010 Cutter was the Co-Founder and Co-Producer of Van Hill Entertainment, LLC with Van Dean. Van Hill's producing credits include the World Premiere production of SAINT HEAVEN at Stamford Center for the Arts (featuring Tony Award Winner Chuck Cooper, Deborah Gibson & Tony Award nominee Montego Glover), a benefit concert of Paul Scott Goodman's ALIVE IN THE WORLD (dir. Kurt Deutsch, featuring Adam Pascal, Lea Michele, Melissa Errico, Daniel Reichard, Toby Lightman & Greg Naughton) at The Zipper Factory (Off-B'way). Van Hill also produced ROOMS: A ROCK ROMANCE Off-Broadway at New World Stages (Dir. by Scott Schwartz, featuring Leslie Kritzer & Doug Kreeger). ROOMS was nominated for 3 Outer Critics Circle Awards: Outstanding Off-Broadway Musical, Outstanding New Score & Outstanding Actress in a Musical for Leslie Kritzer. The original Off-Broadway Cast Recording, produced by Time Life Records, was released in 2010 and received an 8 out of 10 score from BroadwayWorld.com.
