Commerce Marketing Manager
Current• Develop and execute strategic and tactical annual plans for Walmart.• Interact with Sales Teams, Brand Teams, Category Management, Shopper Insights, Agency Partners and Customers.• Lead annual planning workshops with Tyson sales teams for Walmart.• Manage and maintain annual budgets. Securing alignment and approval of plans among the following audiences: Tyson Sales teams, Tyson Brand teams and WMC and Merchandising teams.• Develop and execute launch plans for Tyson innovation brands.• Engage Tyson’s Shopper Insights team to provide insights-based rationale for plans.• Conduct Strategic Business Analyses and identifying Key Business Drivers.• Lead reoccurring sales team meetings for supported categories, communicating campaign and/or budget updates, understanding merchant/retailer needs, and making recommendations for commerce marketing support.• Participate in meetings with cross-functional team members to support business initiatives and adjust plans accordingly.
