SoundSense is a program developed by the Hearing Foundation of Canada to teach students about the importance of hearing and how to prevent noise-induced hearing loss, caused by overexposure to loud noises. The program meets the learning outcomes of the Grade 4 Science unit on Sound (Grade 3 in Alberta) and supports the Grade 5 and 6 Healthy Living.

• Worked one-on-one with residents, assisting with activities of daily living, such as toileting, showering, eating, medication administration, and engaging in the community.
