I provided emotional and academic support to between 40 and 55 first-year residents and encouraged community development and involvement through programming and one-on-one conversations. In this role, I also mediated interpersonal conflicts between residents and enforced departmental and university policies, monitoring the building for safety and behavior.

In this role, I planned and coordinated eight Baylor Line Camp trips of 220 students each to Independence, Texas. Specific responsibilities included coordinating volunteer, guest, and alumni participation in the Independence program and coordinating housing check-in and check-out process for student staff and students.
