Senior Integrated/Creative Project Manager
CurrentIn my role as Senior Integrated/Creative Project Manager at JK, I drive creative projects forward for our clients as the key stakeholder of the project timeline, delivery of assets, and client communication, all while anticipating needs, understanding the risks, and problem solving across teams both internally and externally. I am tasked with navigating through the push and pull between client needs and creative dreams to ensure we remain within scope. My role requires me to multi-task very efficiently under pressure, while taking the unexpected in stride. I meet and manage deadlines in an effective manner, and identify holes and trends in the production process to ultimately optimize workflows and handoffs across teams.In addition to project management tasks, I possess a strong dedication to pinpointing areas for enhancement and a sharp aptitude for recognizing opportunities to advance toward operational excellence across the organization. Responsibilities include:• Lead day-to-day activities related to each project• Set team direction and motivate team members• Uncover project requirements/scope and support SOW process• Prepare and maintain project documentation• Coordinate and facilitate creative asset development• Participate in and contribute to creative brainstorms as needed• Gather and organize client assets• Develop and maintain timelines• Manage risks and issues• Track project progress• Report project status to stakeholders• Lead and manage QA and final asset delivery process• Drive the internal/external review process• Manage external vendor relationships as needed• Continually evaluate our project management processes, operations, and tools
