- Manage the Education Coordinator and Employee Engagement Manager responsible for weekly hands-on Artistic Workshops, Lectures Series and Classes for 1,600+ employees ranging from foundational figure drawing classes to.
- Foster internal talent by provide opportunities to instruct and/or lecture to peers and colleagues - 50% of classes are taught by internal talent
