As part of the Universal Talent Development and Inclusion Team I am responsible for the development and execution of the L&OD strategy for 1600+ employees at DreamWorks Animation • Act as a consultant to business leaders, productions and HR to assess needs and create talent strategy and measures of success for artists, producers, directors and executives across the employee lifecycle• Responsible for the development and delivery of bespoke learning and development opportunities for creative leadership and production• Manage the Education Coordinator and Employee Engagement Manager responsible for weekly hands-on Artistic Workshops, Lectures Series and Classes for 1,600+ employees ranging from foundational figure drawing classes to screenwriting classes to panels from internal and external speakers • Foster internal talent by provide opportunities to instruct and/or lecture to peers and colleagues - 50% of classes are taught by internal talent
