I paint semi-abstract landscapes in water media (water color and acrylic). My work explores the memories and emotions evoked by places both real and imagined. I frequently work from memory and imagination, rather than from life. In addition to handling the day-to-day operations at Work Loft, I worked one-on-one with the owner to implement improvements to the physical space and operational systems, and grow the membership through targeted marketing and improved sales processes. I also assisted with Work Loft's initial COVID-19 response, working remotely to draft member communications while the space was closed, and brainstorming ideas for how to retrofit the space and services for a safe reopening.

Burlington, Ma

During a period of staff transitions, acted as the primary person responsible for all member needs at the large Burlington location, which contains shared workspace, private offices and enterprise suites. Handled sales, new-member on-boarding, and account management. Maintained the physical space, built relationships with and between members, and planned community events.

Worked with artists and event hosts to help them craft successful ArtWeek events. Copy-edited and published event listings on the ArtWeek website. Represented the Boch Center at ArtWeek events. Assisted with post-festival data collection and reporting.

Coordinated with CIC centralized teams to improve systems for opening future CIC locations. Served as a mentor and advisor to junior Launch team members.

Cambridge, Boston & Miami

Planned and led CIC’s operational roll out at CIC Miami. Worked one on one with the Director of Launch Operations to create systems for opening future CIC locations.

Cambridge, Saint Louis & Rotterdam

Led the the hands-on setup of a new coworking space at CIC Saint Louis and helped plan a new coworking space at CIC Rotterdam. Continued to provide day-to-day operational support to clients at CIC Cambridge between these projects.

Addressed prospective member inquiries, led sales tours, and handled new member service agreements. Assisted coworking members with day-to-day concerns, including Tier 1 tech support. Assisted event hosts with the logistics of using CIC's space. Planned CIC-hosted events to facilitate community building.
