Throughout my career, I have served as an energetic, empowering, and strategic partner in pivotal leadership roles where I contributed to the growth, advancement, and recognition of large and small nonprofits. I took my years of executive experience and built my own business. Dominion Tea is a manufacturer of high quality loose leaf tea that sells to both businesses and consumers. We ensure our business partners are equipped to give their clients the best tea experience possible while also educating consumers about high quality tea in our tasting room in Purcellville, VA.I have not forgotten my roots in nonprofits. I helped create Discover Purcellville, a Merchant's Association dedicated to marketing Purcellvile to the surrounding DC community, and I currently serve as its Treasurer. I also serve on the Board of Directors for both the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce and Visit Loudoun.As President and Chair of the Board to the Greater Washington Society of CPAs and Casting For Recovery, as well as CFO and Chief Administration Officer for Trout Unlimited, I created strategic plans, financial, IT, membership, marketing, and program systems that enhanced ROI, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, productivity, advocacy, and service excellence. I have successfully partnered with board and volunteer leadership in developing and implementing policies and cost-effective solutions that assisted with financial, volunteer, risk management, and membership issues.
