As the Facilities Manager, I managed approximately 35 horses, 8-15 dogs and 70 acres on a regular basis. I trained and delegated tasks to 2-4 employees and assessed their work. I helped organize the schedule of two summer camps and its activities. I coordinated setup and assisted 15 students during four horse shows each year. I updated horse maintenance schedules and documented the lesson program revenue weekly. If any problems arose, I resolved any issues and helped to meet customer expectations on a daily basis. As one of the main instructors on the property, I taught 8-10 one hour long dressage or jumping lessons each week. I evaluated the students and communicated their progress with their parents. I worked to ensure the safety of all riders and help them have fun while learning new things each day!
