I have experience leading teams to develop NLP and GenAI products to solve customer problems.My technical background enables me to lead engineers and technical teams to successful project outcomes and translate technical solutions into business value. My interpersonal skills and diplomatic approach allow me to effectively manage customer relationships, lead teams and build positive, productive relationships.I have experience leading engineering teams to build challenging new software products using discrete event simulation, natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI technologies. We built a NLP based semantic search technology for the U.S. Air Force. We have also built a retrieval augmented generation (RAG) GenAI product focused on DoD users.I thrive in environments where I can lead others to achieve strategic business goals while overcoming challenges by developing creative solutions to problems along the way. I enjoy building teams and working with teams.I have a strong interest in using statistical analysis and finance to understand the stories behind the numbers, and how systems and business is performing.
