As a Channel Account Manager the priority is to improve business at Dell Technologies by growing revenues and profitability with channel partners that had employee count that ranged anywhere from 20 to 100. Built long-term relationships with channel partners/resellers, distribution centers and end users in the companies to achieve their objectivesResponsibilities:* Achieving revenue targets appropriate to accounts and territories assigned* Using a CRM (Sales force) to generate customized reports in targeting key opportunities.* Staying on top of current industry trends and how Dell EMC’s customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in the entertainment, media, IT consulting, and government industry* Building relationships with channel partners and using account mapping strategies to maximize market penetration and leveraging distribution centers * Onboarding and coaching new hires effectively by teaching them tools, internal processes, sales strategies, and best practices* Effectively prioritizing multiple and complex projects simultaneously and efficiently in accordance to client deadlines* Building and submitting business cases to finance for large projects to strategically displace incumbents * Collaborate of channel and end users to make sure all incentives align and removing any technical, financial, and relationship barriers.
