I was later promoted into a Manager of Fanatical Support and most recently waspromoted again to a Technology Support Manager position.As a Technical Support Manager, I am charged with leading a global operations team, with responsibility for developing engineers and working with cross-functional teams. I’ve been challenged with some significant and impactful projects that have played an integral role in my career journey. Although there have been countless initiatives, a couple of examples of some of the highlights were:- I led the operations efforts to successfully launch and execute 10+ products across the business with significant challenges and obstacles.- I was charged with building out international operations in Mexico City and supporting the ongoingefforts for staffing India. This was a learning experience and an achievement that I am proud of.Some of the key competencies that I’ve developed during my career include project management, strategic leadership, project management, business and technical acumen, lean business process design, agile methodologies, team leadership, managed services, IT operations, and mentoring and training.I'm always open to new opportunities to make connections and learn new things.
