As a member of the team, I gained valuable experience in various aspects of ecommerce operations, including product intake, sorting, listing, and management.In my initial role as a Packing/Lister, I was responsible for packaging products and listing them on various online marketplaces. During this time, I developed strong attention to detail and time management skills, as well as a solid understanding of ecommerce platforms and their requirements.As I progressed to the role of Product Intake Specialist, I gained valuable leadership and organizational skills. I supervised a team of five other teenagers, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance as needed. In addition, I was responsible for ensuring that all products were properly sorted and listed on Ebay and Amazon, utilizing my excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to resolve any issues that arose.Overall, my experience at Impact Tech Group provided me with a wealth of skills and knowledge that have proven valuable in my professional and personal endeavors.
