MAIN RESPONSILIBILITIES1) Doing feasibility study for telecommunication’s current and best practices in development and process flow of cellular and internet services.2) To identify, study and developing strategic planning and regulations for telecommunication infrastructures and services including Blueprint Perkhidmatan Telekomunikasi Negeri Perak and Garis Panduan APiT bagi Pembinaan and Pembaharuan Permit Struktur Telekomunikasi negeri Perak.3) To develop, implement and manage new platform and data warehouse for telecommunication assets planning and auditing.4) To work together with deployment partner on planning, developing and managing telecommunication services for Perak state. 5) To monitor and ensure the planning and development of Perak state telecommunication’s services emphasizing top management requirements, state regulation and formal specifications as per planned.6) To liaise with Telco partners/outsourcing companies and others agencies, Government bodies and others.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1)Understand and transform KPerak2010:ICT Strategic Blueprint into action plan and project implementation while monitoring according to milestone. 2)To evaluate and coordinate k-government computing platform and e-government initiative including state government departments and agencies in order to improve e-government services to the public.3)To support and assist the planning and implementation of ICT Delivery System for the State Government administration and local authority.4)Evaluate, redesign and implement current state ICT structure, and ensuring it’s adaption with latest ICT technology.5)To maintain good relationship with government departments and agencies towards achieving the KPerak2010:ICT Strategic Blueprint.6)Established good networking and smart partnership with ICT technology partner and industry to help KPERAK INC achieve the vision of KPerak2010:ICT Strategic Blueprint.

1) Responsible to help and support CEO Office in term or state IT implementation inline with state mission (To achieve Knowledge State by 2015).2) Responsible for State Government IT project monitoring initiate by KPerak - Perak.NET, Portal Gerbang Mesra Rakyat, State Mobile System, PerakGIS, Perak DRC 3) Manage and support programs and activities within the SME sector that are implemented by KPerak.4) Develop and maintain the database of Perak Technopreneur and their export market.5) Liaisin Officer for Perak Film Office - Promoting Perak as preferred shooting location, PiNCeR as a creative hub and promoting Perak creative talents.

1) Maintain company’s network infrastructure. Monitoring the reliability and efficiency of server, storage and networks, as well as recommending appropriate design and process changes to enhance system and network performance and flexibility. 2) Experienced in handling and dealing with company clients (eg: Government) on providing system/server or technology solution and IT project consultation based on client requirements.3) Performed Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation such as: Backup and Server Replication, Offsite Storage Restore Exercise, conduct DR Dry Run Exercises.4) Experience in preparing and managing Department financial budget in line with company objective.5) Responsible for project related activities, including project management, consulting, user training and implementation for customers who have acquired application software. 6) Preparation of company ISO procedures and documentation for ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System in term of information technology readiness.

1) Maintain company’s Server, Data Storage and Networking infrastructure. 2) Plan and coordinate the installation of all computers and communication equipment. Configure, administrator and troubleshoot in Microsoft and TCP/IP computing environment. 3) Installing, testing, maintaining, documenting and provide technical support for servers and storage.4) Study, Plan and monitor all operating systems with respect to network capabilities of performance. 5) Constantly review service delivery and continuously improve on system efficiency. 6) Advise management about opportunities, operational support tools and technologies that will provide cost effective solutions by employing the latest information technology.7) Act as liaison between the customers, suppliers and other technical groups to resolve network and hardware problems.8) Ensure compliance with company technology policies and procedures including compliance with all licensing and compliance.
