Examples of recent projects completed:Working on behalf of Cityheart as consultant development director, secured the appointment as Strategic Estates Provider and successfully delivered Phase 1 of Blackfriars Residences, a 295 bed student accommodation project in Gloucester on behalf of the University of Gloucestershire and funder Aviva Investors. Planning approval was secured for an additional 186 beds for Phase 2 on the former Gloucester City Council owned land, for occupation by Hartpury University students.Secured planning approval and Financial Close for Cityheart Partnerships for their initial project in their Strategic Estates Partnership with Herefordshire Council, a 178 bed accommodation scheme in Hereford for students attending the College of Arts and NMiTE University.Management and delivery of a 117 bed 'direct let' student accommodation project, Fontessa House, Chester on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management.Development management of a 1,600sq.m. retail regeneration scheme, Orchard Park, for Hull City Council.On behalf of Priory Asset Management, realised their concept with the project management of a specialist Extra Care, Respite and Dementia development programme, securing planning approval for two initial developments of 25,000sq.ft (comprising 247 residential units) including the successful delivery of a 66 bed care home and 15 independent living lodges.

Responsible for leading the OJEU procurement and was instrumental in the appointment as Preferred Development Partner for NHS Western Cheshire and delivering their first development, Frodsham Integrated Resource Centre, a 3,100 sq.m. BREEAM 'Excellent' surgery housing two GP practices, NHS Social Care & Local Authority Adult Services together with a Boots Pharmacy.
