I am a Chartered Accountant CA (SA) registered in South Africa and I have completed my conversion course allowing me to register with the Australian institute. Since qualifying in as a CA(SA) in 2001 I have headed up various finance areas as Head of Finance, CFO or Finance Director. I have worked in both listed and private company environments in Financial Services business specializing in long term insurance. I have managed teams of up to 30 people and had responsibility for the company’s regulatory, taxation, secretarial, budgetary and reporting functions.
