Framework & wiring with a rich feature matrix for both IOS & Android devicesServing 3655 passengers per cruise ship to book the Spa, Food & Beverage, PMS for Folio View, VOIP/ Sip calling device to device & to stateroom, Wi-Fi Seamless Sign up & Live GPS & Weather .I constructed the Scope & SOW for the Azamara Luxury Brand IPTV, with mobile streamingfree to guest channels over Wireless Access Points.Facilitated the business to stay in alignment with Lufthansa/Vendor & deliver the projectunder a tight timeline & aggressive budget.

Oversaw the infrastructure deployment for 1750+ rooms, from premise-based servers to SAAS.Managed all technology including 78 interfaces, spanning 4 properties’ conversion from Epitome PMS into Cloud Opera/Oracle PMS.I procured & deployed 2400 voice & data circuits, using Microwave, Copper & Fibre Technologies.My team supported & maintained systems to handle 15,000 guests per month, using POS, PMS, CRM, SPA, Conference Rooms Technologies, WIFI and PBX.

Oversaw all IT operations for a $150 million corporate hotel company, with 350 employees.Change management throughout the product life cycle. Managed a yearly IT revenue and expense budget of $4.5 million including negotiating third partyvendor contracts POS,PMS,CRM & ERP & manufacture rebates.I was instrumental in developing a next generation IPTV project from inception to execution.Authored the project plan, with well defined tasks, milestones, project signoffs & specifications. Delivered technical briefings & project updates to the team, for 1000 TV’s with advanced programming.Interfacing offerings like Room Service, Housekeeping & Valet requests, directly from the TV.Saved $500,000 in capital expense with the IPTV project & grew video revenue conversions by 40%.Programmed a turnkey Valet Parking system project, interfaced into Opera PMS saving the corporation $150k+ in development cost.Manage Internet System (hardwired & wireless) for all areas of the hotel, including meetings & special events.I directed the security initiatives of PCI & SOX compliancy for the corporation.Led a project from procurement to deployment & the engineering for an indoor Verizon cell phone antennae & repeater system. Directed all IT & Telecom operations for a $400 million hotel management company with 2350 employees.Supervised a staff of 12 across 22 properties nationwide. Administered a $4.5 million technology budget including all POS,PMS,CRM & ERP mission critical applications.HSIA for 1,800 rooms, 74 meeting room (100,000 sq. ft. of event space).This includes monitoring and authentication gateways interfaced into Opera, Galaxy, LMS & OnQ.Created a Kiosk System to bundle guest facing amenities, International calling & free internet access.Saved the corporation $120k by building the guest facing, kiosks & supporting them in house.I utilized rapid project prototyping, for proof of concept to accelerate the entire kiosk project.

I was delivering major carriers minutes of over 10 million minutes per month, per carrier.I built out all our data centers, including office leasing & equipment purchasing.Engineered & integrated a billing system capable of 5 billion minutes per month & authentication software for worldwide VOIP telephone system.Implemented SOP for daily operating tasks and equipment operating procedures for 4 International locations.Programmed international contracts & policies into the accounting platform for the Global Sales Team & administrative staff. Responsible for creating and maintaining over 35 accounts & client contracts to establish an exclusive partnership with regional accounts with gross margins of over $22 million.
