My core competencies include Sourcing profiles, screening profiles, scheduling, salary negotiation, HR discussion, offer generation and background verification for IT candidates.In my current role, I work with various clients and vendors to source, screen, schedule, and hire qualified IT professionals for HCLTech. I also handle the HR discussion, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes for the selected candidates.
