Fleet operations lead for accelerated (AI/ ML) servers. Help design and develop new segment of hardware. Help develop tools to identify and remediate complex server hardware issues. Drive operational efficiency improvements over server hardware fleet. Initiate service improvements in the production environment. Assist in developing methods for incident reduction. Monitor various data sources for unidentified fleet issues. Work with various service owners (EC2, S3, EBS etc.) and hardware engineering teams to collaborate on reducing server hardware issues within the fleet.
